Yisrael Dancziger

Yisrael is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of hands-on experience in building, scaling, and transforming companies. He co-founded and led a global enterprise software company from inception to successful exit (VMware), managed a government ministry with a multi-billion NIS budget, and has led strategy, execution, M&A, product development, and global scaling in high-tech and traditional sectors alike. Yisrael has

advised and invested in companies across fintech, cleantech, AI, education, infrastructure, manufacturing and more. He brings not just capital but clarity, speed, and relentless commitment to the teams he backs.
